Shake The Dust

It all started when…

we were in lockdown. I was introduced to Shake The Dust via a friend in Bristol that owns a yoga studio. I began joining her online classes and immediately fell in love with the class and took part in as many as I could.

Shake The Dust is what happens when yoga, pilates and dance get married.
Shake The Dust is a transformative and embodied practice of the body heart and mind. We journey between perpetual movement, rest, release and free movement.

With shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement (sometimes yoga too), pilates, somatics and bodyweight training, not to mention a carefully curated playlist, this class is designed for anyone and will at best deliver a great workout, SWEAT and and a strong resilient body.

I completed my teacher training in September this year so that I could bring Shake The Dust to North Wales as everybody needs to partake in this mind and body changing experience.
